Tato práce je zaměřena na purifikaci monoacylglycerolů od reziduí chromitých katalyzátorů za využití iontoměničů. Tyto katalyzátory se přidávají do reakce mastné kyseliny s glycidolem při výrobě monoacylglycerolů a vzhledem k toxicitě je snaha o minimalizaci jejich obsahu ve výsledném produktu. Dále je práce zaměřena na ověření možnosti přípravy esterů pomocí katalyzátoru imobilizovaného na ionex. U všech experimentů byl obsah chr-ómu ve vzorcích stanoven spektrofotometricky a pomocí atomové absorpční spektroskopie. Čistota surových i purifikovaných MAG byla analyzována pomocí tenkovrstvé chromato-grafie. |

This work is focused on the purification of the monoglycerides off chromium catalysts by ion-exchanger resins. These catalysts are added in to the reaction of fatty acid and glycidol by the production of monoglycerides and because of their toxicity there is be an endeavour to minimize their content in a product. Further this project is oriented on the verification of possible preparation of esters by catalyst, which is absorbed on to the ionexchanger. In all experiments contain of chromium was determinated by the spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectroscopy. The purity of raw and purificated MAG was analysed by TLC. |
