Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem spotřebitelského chování studentů při nákupu knih ve Zlínském kraji. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit nákupní a spotřební chování tohoto segmentu. Práce byla zpracována na základě kvantitativního výzkumu, sekundární data byla čerpána ze statistik Českého statistického úřadu a Ministerstva financí ČR. Respondenti, kteří se podíleli na dotazníkovém šetření, jsou studenti vysokých škol ze Zlínského kraje. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnými poznatky spotřebitelského chování. Součástí praktické části je vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a zhodnocení těchto knihkupectví: Kanzelsberger, Martinus.cz a Kosmas, která mají v současnosti výrazné postavení na trhu. V závěru práce jsou pro tato knihkupectví uvedena a vyčíslena doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení tržeb z prodeje knih studentům. Mezi dílčí cíle této práce patří analýza preferencí studentů při nákupu knih a zhodnocení vlivů digitalizace na zkoumaný segment. Součástí praktické části je BCG a SWOT analýza. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behavior of students when buying books in the Zlín Region. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the purchasing and consumption behavior of this segment. The work was processed on the basis of quantitative research, secondary data were drawn from statistics of the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. Respondents who participated in the questionnaire survey are university students from the Zlín Region. The theoretical part deals with general knowledge of consumer behavior. Part of the practical part is the evaluation of questionnaire survey and evaluation of these bookstores: Kanzelsberger, Martinus.cz and Kosmas, which currently have a significant position on the market. At the end of the work, recommendations are made for these bookstores and quantified that could lead to increased book sales revenue for students. Partial objectives of this work include the analysis of students' preferences in the purchase of books and the evaluation of the effects of digitization on the examined segment. The practical part includes BCG and SWOT analysis. |
