Bakalářská práce je převážně o vnitrofiremní komunikaci a jejím vlivu na efektivní fungování společnosti Indet Safety Systems a.s. Hlavním cílem mé práce je shromáždění informací o úrovni komunikace v této firmě a navržení opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární zdroje týkající se lidské komunikace, komunikace vnitrofiremní, komunikačních nástrojů a forem. V části praktické je stručná historie společnosti, vývoj počtu zaměstnanců, analýza PEST, SWOT, popis prostředků komunikace a způsoby jejího využití. |

This bachelor thesis is concerned mainly about internal communication and its influence on effective function of the Indet Safety Systems Inc. The main aim of this work is gathering information about communication level in these company and proposition procuration oriented to improvement. There are processed literary sources concerning human communication, internal communication, communications instruments and forms in the theoretical part. In the practical part there is brief history of the company, development of the number of employees, PEST and SWOT analysis, description of communication instruments and ways of its usage. |
