dc.description.abstract	Výživová a dietetická hodnota vajec budí značné množství rozporuplných názorů. Proto se chci ¨ve své práci na toto téma zaměřit. Dále bych chtěl poukázat na druhové rozdíly vajec a chemické složení jednotlivých druhů vajec. Tato práce by měla pojednávat o vzniku vejce jako takového a jeho průmyslové využití.	cs
