dc.description.abstract	V závěrečné bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou prevence psychických zátěžových situací sester. Bakalářská práce má dvě části, část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vymezení zátěžových situací. Definuji jednotlivé druhy fyzických a psychických zátěžových situací. Zabývám se popisem psychické zátěžové situace ve vztahu sestra a klient, ve vztahu sestra, spolupracovníci a pracovní prostředí a ve vztahu sestry k jejímu soukromí a způsobu života. Na konci teoretické části se zaměřuji na prevenci psychických zátěžových situací a duševní hygienu sestry. Praktickou část tvoří analýza dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření jsem se rozhodla zaměřit na standardní oddělení a ambulantní sféru. Při dotazníkovém šetření byly dotazovány všeobecné zdravotní sestry pracující na standardním chirurgickém oddělení, standardním interním oddělení, v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných a ambulancích. Cílem bylo zjistit, s jakými psychickými zátěžemi se setkávají, které situace považují za nejvíce psychicky náročné a zda provádějí nějaké preventivní opatření. Výsledky šetření jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor work I deal with the issue of prevention nurses' psychical stressful situations. The work is made up of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I focus on the definition of stressful situations. I define different types of physical and psychical stressful situations. I give a description of psychical stress-ful situation in relation the nurse and the client, in relation the nurse, the co-workers and the working environment and in the nurse's relation to their privacy and way of life. The practical part contains an analysis of the results of author's survey. I decided to focus the survey on regular wards and ambulatory area. I enquired general nurses working in regular hospital wards, regular internist wards, institutions for long-term patients and ambulances. The aim was to discover what psychicallly stressful situations they encounter, which situations they find the most psychically demanding and whether they carry out any precautionary measures. The results of the survey have been processed into charts and diagrams.	en
