dc.description.abstract	Bakalářskou práci s názvem "Kvalita života klientů s ulcus cruris" tvoří teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala problematikou onemocnění, fázovým ošetřováním chronických ran, komplexní léčbou včetně srovnání ošetřování metodou tradiční a moderní, ošetřováním bércových vředů v domácím prostředí, vlivem výživy na proces hojení, faktory ovlivňující proces hojení, kvalitou života a etickými aspekty léčby chronických ran. V praktické části jsem se zabývala výzkumem pomocí dotazníkového šetření u klientů s bércovým vředem, zpracováním údajů a jejich praxeologickým využitím. Výzkum byl zaměřen zejména na zjištění úrovně informovanosti respondentů o problematice onemocnění bércovým vředem a na to, jakým způsobem omezuje nemoc jejich kvalitu života.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor work with the title: "Quality of life of clients with ulcus cruris". The work is comprised of two parts- the theoretical one and the practical one. In the theoretical one I delt with problems of the illness, phase curing of chronic wounds, complex healing included confrontation of traditional and modern method, curing of venous ulceration in domestic enviroment, influence of nutrition in healing process, factors affecting healing process, quality of life and ethic aspects of healing chronic ulcers. In the practical part of my work I did a research with help of questionnaires for clients with venous ulcers, then results processing and their practical application. The research was orientated especially on detection of level of knowledge of respondents on problems around venous ulcers and also which way this desease affects quality of their life.	en
