| dc.description.abstract |
Disertační práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení ekonomického procesu podniků s podporou ERP systému. Cílem práce je navrhnout praktické řešení v této oblasti, které vychází ze zkušeností uživatelů i dodavatelů informačních systémů. V první části práce je zpracována literární rešerše vztahující se k problematice procesního řízení, ekonomiky podniku a podnikových informačních systémů. Další a stěžejní část práce je věnována nejprve stanovení metodologie výzkumu, metod a technik použitých při sběru a analýze dat. Dále následují výsledky samotného výzkumu provedeného ve dvou fázích, a to formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a prostřednictvím strukturovaných projektivních rozhovorů. Dílčím výstupem disertační práce je i soubor šesti produktových a devíti případových studií vycházející právě z rozhovorů mezi dodavateli a uživateli ERP systémů. Závěrečná část práce porovnává výsledky obou fází výzkumu a na jejich základě verifikuje stanovené hypotézy a souhrnně vyvozuje obecné závěry ve vztahu ke stanoveným cílům. Tyto závěry i vytvořené obecně platné modely ekonomického procesu výrobních a obchodních organizací mohou napomoci ke správnému a ucelenému chápání celé problematiky. |

The doctoral thesis is focused on problems of enterprise economic process management with the support of the ERP system. The aim of the thesis is to propose the practical solution in this area, partly from the view of users' information systems, but also on the part of their suppliers. The first part deals with the theoretical background which is related to the process management, enterprise economics and enterprise information systems. The detailed planning of research methodology, methods and techniques of data collection and analysis are the main part of this thesis followed by the results of the two-phase survey, quantitative questionnaire survey and structured projective interviews. A thesis output is also a set of six product and nine case studies as a result of the structured projective interviews among the ERP systems users as well as suppliers. In the conclusion, there is drawn a comparison of results from the two phases of the survey and verification of chosen hypothesis with general findings in relation to the given aims. These conclusions and general useful models of economic process manufacturing as well as business organization may help to understand all problems. |
