dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce zjišťuje psychickou a fyzickou zátěž zdravotních sester v péči o umírající v nemocničním a hospicovém zařízení. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy, jako je smrt, umírání, hospic, paliativní péče. Také zahrnuje problematiku psychické a fyzic-ké zátěže zdravotních sester, syndrom vyhoření a duševní hygienu. V praktické části jsou zpracována a vyhodnocena zjištěná data. V závěru jsou pak shrnuty výsledku průzkumu a návrhy možných řešení pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis explores the mental and physical stress of nurses taking care of dying people in the hospital and hospice environment. The theoretical part deals with the terms such as death, dying, hospice or palliative care. It also includes the issue of mental and physical stress of the nurses, burnout and mental hygiene. In the practical part the re-search data are elaborated and evaluated. Research data are finally summarized together with the suggestions of possible practical solutions in the conclusion.	en
