dc.description.abstract	Tématem mé práce je Informovanost primární péče o nádoru varlat u mužů v aktivním věku. Vztyčnou osou celé práce jsou nádory varlat vnímané z pohledu mužské veřejnosti a úloha zdravotního personálu v primární péči o pacienty s tímto onemocněním. V teoretické rovině se podrobně věnuji problematice nádorového onemocnění varlat. Dále bakalářská práce obsahuje specifické přístupy pro získávání a poskytování informací o nádorovém onemocnění varlat, které je zde podrobně rozebráno také z psychologického hlediska. V této souvislosti popisuji vhodný přístup zdravotnického personálu, především zdravotních sester, k nemocnému. V praktické části hodnotím míru informovanosti mužské veřejnosti o tomto tématu. Cílem je získat komplexní pohled na řešenou problematiku a přispět k širší a důkladnější infor-movanosti o této problematice mezi muži a chlapci v aktivním věku. Poznatky získané v průzkumné části této práce budou využity ke zkvalitnění získaných informací a v podpoře pacientů k prevenci onemocnění i v ambulancích primární péče.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of my bachelor thesis is Awareness of primary care for testicular tumor in men of active age. Main axes of the whole work are testicular tumors perceived from the pers-pective of the males and the role of public health personnel in primary care for patients with this disease. On the theoretical level I closely present testicular tumors. The bachelor thesis also includes specific approaches for obtaining and providing information on testicular cancer, which is examined in detail as well as psychologically. In this context I describe the appropriate access of medical personnel, especially nurses to the patient. In the practical part I assess the awareness level of male public. The aim is to obtain a comprehensive view of matters and contribute to wider and more thorough information about the problematic between men and boys in active age. The knowledge gained in the exploratory part of this work will be used to improve the quality of the information and to support patients to prevent disease even in outpatient primary care.	en
