Bakalářská práce se zabývá plněním etických principů sestrami, které pečují o pacienty s chronickou bolestí. Teoretická část je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy první část je zaměřena na etiku jako takovou, etické principy ošetřovatelství, lidskou důstojnost, práva pacientů, holistický přístup k pacientům a na etický kodex sester. Druhá část teorie je věnována tématu chronická bolest. V této části se zabývám charakteristikou chronické bolesti, její diagnostikou a léčbou. Je zde také uvedený přístup k pacientům s chronickou bolestí a návrh na komunikaci s nimi. |

The bachelor thesis deals with implementation of ethical principles of nurses who cares for patients with chronic pain. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the ethics, the ethical principles of nursing, human dignity, rights of patients, holistic approach to patients and the Code of Ethics for Nurses. The second part is devoted to theories of chronic pain. This section deals with the characteristics of chronic pain, its diagnosis and treatment. There is also described the approach to the patients with chronic pain and a concept of communication with them. |
