dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce se zabývá ,,Pohledem studentů na odpovědnost sester při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče". Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsem vymezila činnost sester, seznámila s etickým kodexem sester, právy pacientů a pojmem "od-povědnost". Práce je členěna do 7 kapitol a byly stanoveny 3 cíle. Součástí práce je i empirická část, kde zjišťuji a hodnotím pomocí dotazníkového šetření, jak studenti pohlížejí na práci sester a co si představují pod pojmem odpovědnost při poskytování profesionální ošetřovatelské péče. S výsledky šetření bych pomocí článku do odborného časopisu chtěla seznámit veřejnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with "The students' view of the responsibility of nurses in provi-ding nursing care". It consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I defined the function of nurses and I familiarized with the ethics code of nurses, patients' rights and with the term "responsibility". The thesis is divided into 7 chapters and 3 goals were determined. The empirical part is also component of the thesis. In this part, I am finding and eva-luating through the questionnaires how the students view the work of nurses and what they imagine in the notion of the responsibility in providing professional nursing care. I would like to publicize the results of the survey through the article in a professional journal.	en
