Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje tématu postojů pracovníků domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením k problémovému chování uživatelů služeb. V teoretické části charakterizuje pojem postoje, vztahy a postoje společnosti k lidem se zdravotním postižením, pojednává o specifikách ústavního prostředí a věnuje se problematice potíží v chování uživatelů pobytových sociálních služeb. V praktické části je popsán kvalitativní výzkum - dotazníkové šetření postojů pracovníků k problémovému chování uživatelů služeb. Na základě interpretace výsledků výzkumu jsou navržena doporučení pro management a pracovníky zařízení, s cílem zlepšení vztahu uživatelů a pracovníků a zvýšení kvality poskytovaných služeb. |

The present thesis describes the attitudes of staff on a home for people with disabilities to problem behavior of users. In the teoretical part, defines the concept of attitude, attitude towards people with disabilities. This thesis deals with specifics of the institutional enviroment and deals with issues of problem behavior individual users of residential services. The practical part describes the quantitative research - questionaire survey of attitudes of staff to problem behavior of users. Based on the interpretation of the results of research suggests recommendations for the management and staff of the facility, with a view to improving respect for staff and users, the quality of social services. |
