Téma mé bakalářské práce - Antropologické a pedagogické aspekty multikulturního ošet-řovatelství jsem si vybrala z důvodu neustále narůstající migrace obyvatel, zvyšujících se požadavků na vzdělání a kvalifikaci všeobecných sester a zejména z důvodu stále častějšího se setkávání s klienty jiné národnosti či etnika v našich nemocničních zařízeních. Multi-kulturní ošetřovatelství je dle mého názoru velmi aktuální a dosud ne zcela objasněné téma. Považuji proto za zajímavé zjistit, jak na tom všeobecné sestry znalostně jsou, zda mají zájem o tuto oblast, zda se ve své praxi setkávají s jinými menšinami a zda jsou schopny poskytnout kvalitní, kulturně podmíněnou péči. V teoretické části práce seznamuji s problematikou multikulturního ošetřovatelství, objas-ňuji jednotlivé pojmy, nastiňuji legislativu, která se vztahuje k péči o cizince, zabývám se modelem transkulturního ošetřovatelství Madeileine Leininger a poukazuji na jednotlivá specifika ošetřovatelské péče u vybraných národnostních, kulturních či etnických menšin. V praktické části naplňuji pomocí dotazníkového šetření mnou stanovené cíle, porovnávám získané informace mezi sestrami se střední zdravotnickou školou a sestrami - bakalářkami s vysokou školou a navrhuji řešení pro praxi. |

The theme of my bachelor thesis is Anthropological and pedagogical aspects of multicul-tural nursing. I chose this topic because of the constantly growing population migration, increasing demand for education and skills of nurses and especially because of the more frequent meetings with clients, other nationalities or ethnic groups in our hospitals. In my opinion multicultural nursing is a very recent and not yet fully explained theme. Therefore I consider it interesting to see the level of knowledge that sisters have, whether they are in-terested in this field, whether they get together with other ethnic minorities and whether they are able to provide high-quality, culturally conditioned care. The theoretical part deals with a familiarization with the problems of multicultural nursing, I clarify the various concepts, outline the legislation that relates to the care of foreigners, I focus on a model of transcultural nursing established by Madeleine Leininger and I point to the specifics of individual nursing care for selected national, cultural or ethnic minorities. The practical part deals with the questionnaire survey, I compare the information obtained among nurses with the secondary medical school education and sisters with university edu-cation and I propose solutions for the practice. |
