Práce pojednává o kvalitě péče v sociálních službách. První část je věnována obecným souvislostem vzhledem k pohledu na řešení tohoto problému. V neposlední řadě se v této části seznámíme s těmi, kteří služeb sociální péče využívají. Pro nás to jsou senioři jako uživatelé sociálních služeb. Další část se zabývá pojetím, cílem a konkrétními postupy kvality sociální péče, neboť kvalita má významný vliv při utváření vztahů mezi uživateli a poskytovateli těchto služeb. Seznámíme se se zaváděním standardů kvality péče do praxe. Řekneme si, co jsou to standardy kvality péče, jak je dělíme, jak se dají naplňovat. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala problematice stáří, především jsem se zaměřila na zdravotní problémy spojené s tímto životním úsekem a na kvalitu života starých lidí. Ve výzkumné části práce jsem hledala odpovědi na položené otázky. Metodou pozorování a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s 5 uživateli Domova pro seniory Zastávka u Brna jsem se snažila zjistit spokojenost uživatelů se službami, které jsou jim zde poskytovány. |

Thesis handles about quality of care in social services. First part is devoted to common connections considering the view of the resolution of this problem. At not least part you will become acquainted with those who takes advantage of these services. For us with seniors like users of the social services. Next part deals with conception, aim and concrete progresses of the quality of the social service because quality has significant influence at moulding of relations among users and providers of these services. You will become acquainted with bringing of the standards of qualities care to the practice. We will say ourselves what are the standards of the quality care, how are divided, how could be filled. In the theoretical part I dealt with the questions of old age, in particular I aimed at the health problems connected with this life stage and at the quality of life of old age people. In the research part of the thesis I was looking for the answers to the questions which had been put. I tried to learn the users'contentment with the provided services in The retirements home in Zastávka u Brna by the observational method and by the half-structured interviews with 5 users of this home. |
