dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je bezpečnost klienta při poskytování ošetřovatel-ské péče. V teoretické části jsem se věnovala problematice řízení a předcházení rizik ve zdravotnic-kých zařízeních, funkcím manažera rizik a také legislativní podpoře státu v otázce bezpečí klienta. Také jsem se zaměřila na nejčastější rizika, pochybení a omyly zdravotnického personálu a na faktory jejich vzniku. V posledním oddíle teoretické části jsem se zabývala řešením problémů pochybení spolu s návrhem vhodných opatření a praktických rad pro jejich prevenci. Praktická část mé práce obsahuje výsledky z pozorovacího šetření, ve kterém jsem mapo-vala nejčastější chyby a rizika na ošetřovacích jednotkách. Práci jsem ještě doplnila vý-sledky dotazníkového šetření. Cílem je získat přehled o nejčastějších chybách, dodržování a podceňování předpisů v za-jištění bezpečnosti nemocných. Z výsledků šetření vyplynuly nejčastější chyby vyskytující se při poskytová-ní ošetřovatelské péče, které mohou narušit bezpečí klientů. Na základě těchto poznatků byl vytvořen souhrn opatření, která upozorňují personál na nejčastější nedostatky v ošetřovatelské péči.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the safety of the client when providing nursing care. In the theoretical part I addressed the problems of management and prevention of risks in health care facilities, the function of manager of risks and state legislative support regard-ing the safety of the client. I also focused on the most common risks, errors and mistakes of medical staff and the factors of their origin. In the last section of the theoretical part I dealt with resolving errors with the proposal of appropriate measures and practical advice for their prevention. The practical part of this work contains the results of observational surveys in which I sur-veyed the most common errors and risks of the care units. I have enhanced this work with the results of a questionnaire survey. The aim is to get an overview about the most frequent errors, observance and underestima-tion of rules in provision of the safety of the patients. The results showed the most common errors which occurred that may affect the safety of the clients. Based on these findings a number of measures were created to draw the attention of the staff to the most common deficiencies in the nursing care.	en
