dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá obecnými charakteristikami vlákniny a popisem metod stanovení vlákniny. Práce se rovněž věnuje tématice řas a zaměřuje se na vybrané druhy sladkovodních řas, u nichž byla stanovena vláknina. Cílem praktické části diplomové práce bylo stanovit ve vzorcích sladkovodních řas vlákninu pomocí přístroje ANKOM220 Fiber Analyzer a enzymatickou metodou. Obě metody stanovení vlákniny byly srovnány.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general characteristics of fiber and with description of methods to determine fiber. The thesis subsequently concerns in chosen species of freshwater algae determined to contain fiber. The aim of practical part of the thesis was to determine fiber in samples of freshwater algae using ANKOM220 Fiber Analyzer and enzymatic method. Both of the determinative methods were compared.	en
