Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obecně tématem komunikace s lidmi se sluchovým hendikepem, specificky pak v prostředí zdravotnických zařízení, především tedy komunikací mezi všeobecnými sestrami a lidmi se sluchovým hendikepem. Teoretická část seznámí čtenáře se stručným úvodem do komunikace a s historickým rozměrem problému komunikace s lidmi se sluchovým hendikepem. Dále se věnuje rozlišení různých sluchových vad a zařazena je i kapitola o komunikaci mezi sestrou a člověkem se sluchovým hendikepem a o významu této komunikace. Praktická část je zaměřena na nejčastější komunikační problémy mezi lidmi se sluchovým hendikepem a všeobecnými sestrami. |

This bachelor work deals with communication with people with auditory handicap in general, it aims specifically at environment of health facilities, mainly communication between regular nurses and people with auditory handicap. The theoretical part provides short introduction to this communication and deals with problem of communication with people suffering from auditory handicap in historical context. It contains classification of various hearing disabilities and one chapter is devoted to communication between nurse and patient with auditory handicap and its importance. The practical part deals with most frequent problems in communication between people with auditory handicap and regular nurses. |
