dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje seniorům a jejich volnočasovým aktivitám. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. V prvních kapitolách teoretické části je definováno stáří, charakteri-zovány tělesné, psychické a sociální změny, které stárnutí provází. V další části je popsán demografický vývoj stárnutí populace v naší zemi a zmíněn význam rodiny a víry v životě seniorů. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na aktivity seniorů, možnosti využití volného času, které nabízí město Zlín. Praktická část práce prezentuje výsledky průzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno s cílem zjistit, kterým aktivitám se senioři věnují, jaké mají povědomí o možnostech využití volného času v místě svého bydliště.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis called Active Old-Age is dealing with seniors and their pastime activi-ties. The thesis is devided into teoretical and practical part. In the initial chapters of the theoretical part the old-age is defined and the physical, psychical and social changes which come together with the getting older are characterized. In the following part the demogra-phic progress of aging population in this country is being described and the importance of the family and religion in the lives of seniors is mentioned. The last chapter is dealing with the activities of seniors, the possibilities of spending free time which are offered by the city of Zlin. The practical part of the thesis represents the results of reserch investigation which was undertaken with the aim of finding out the activities that seniors follow and their awareness of possibilities of spending their free time in their hometown.	en
