Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o terénní asistenční službě pro rodiny s dětmi, konkrétně se zabývá hodnocením dané služby očima jejích klientů. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, co si klienti o službě myslí, jak ji vnímají a zda je pro ně jakýmkoliv způsobem přínosná. V teoretické části se práce opírá o vymezení několika základních pojmů, které se zabývají problematikou dysfunkčních rodin, jejich klasifikací, příčinami vzniku a také krizemi v rodině. Dále se zabývá způsoby podpory a pomoci těmto rodinám formou sociální práce a sanace rodiny a definuje také problematiku sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi. V praktické části vymezuje výzkumný problém, na který se snaží hledat odpovědi prostřednictvím rozhovorů, realizovaných s klienty dané sociální služby, dále se opírá o analýzu dokumentů a sociální mapování, na základě kterých byly sestaveny jednotlivé kasuistiky rodin. V závěru předkládá práce výsledky výzkumu. |

This graduation thesis deals with the terrain assistance service for families with children, specifically contains the evaluation of the service from clients point of view. The main objective is to find out what clients think about the service, how they perceive it and whether it is beneficial for them. The theoretical part of the work is based on the definition of some basic concepts that are associated with dysfunctional families, their classification, causes and crises in the family. It also deals with ways to encourage and help these families by the form of social work and rehabilitation of families, this part also defines the issue of socio-legal protection of children and socially stimulating activities for families with children. The practice part defines the research problem, which tries to find answers through interviews with the clients of the social service supported with document analysis and social mapping, which make the source for reports about individual families. In con-clusion, the work presents the results of research. |
