Téma mé bakalářské práce ?Informovanost všeobecných sester o technikách bazální stimulace u pacientů s diagnózou apalický syndrom?. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy apalický syndrom, ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s diagnózou apalický syndrom, bazální stimulace a její techniky, biografická anamnéza. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření, které bylo určeno pro všeobecné sestry na pracovištích intenzivní péče a standardních odděleních KNTB, a.s. Zlín. Výzkum byl zaměřen na srovnání informovanosti všeobecných sester v oblasti péče o pacienty s diagnózou apalický syndrom, informovanosti a užívání technik bazální stimulace. Výsledky výzkumu jsou popsány a zobrazeny v tabulkách a grafech v praktické části. Výstu-pem mé bakalářské práce je vytvoření formuláře biografické anamnézy pro potřeby JIP KNTB, a.s. Zlín. |

The topic of my bachelor thesis is "Nurses' awareness of basal stimulation techniques in pa-tients with the apallic syndrome diagnosis". The paper is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part, the terms of the apallic syndrome, nursing care for a patient with the apallic syndrome diagnosis, basal stimulation and its techniques, bio-graphic anamnesis are defined. The practical part deals with evaluation of a questionnaire survey that was intended for nurses at intensive care units and standard wards of KNBT, a.s. Zlín (Regional Hospital of Tomáš Baťa). The survey was focused on comparing nurses' awareness of care for patients with the apallic syndrome diagnosis, awareness and using basal stimulation techniques. The survey outcomes are described and shown in the tables and charts in the practical part. The outcome of my bachelor thesis is creating a biographic anamnesis form for the needs of the intensive care unit of the KNTB, a.s. Zlín. |
