Teoretická část práce popisuje anatomii a fyziologii sluchového orgánu, zabývá se nejčastějšími nemocemi postihující sluch. Seznamuje s kompenzačními pomůckami pro osoby se sluchovou poruchou. Popisuje komunikační systémy neslyšících osob a specifikuje zásady pro komunikaci se sluchově postiženými lidmi. Výzkumné šetření praktické části je zaměřeno na oblast komunikace všeobecných sester s osobami se sluchovým postižením v daném zdravotnickém zařízení. Získaná data jsou podkladem pro vytvoření informačního materiálu týkající se komunikace s pacienty s poruchou sluchu pro všeobecné sestry daného zdravotnického zařízení. |

The theoretical part of thesis describes anatomy and physiology of the auditory system and causes of hearing impairment. Introduces assistive technologies (eg. hearing aids, ?) and ways of communication of hearing impaired people. Specifies guides of communication with hard-of-hearing person. Research survey is focused on communication between nurse and hearing impaired person in a particular healthcare facility.The obtained results are fundamentals for creating newsletter adressing problems of communication with hearing impaired patients in particular medical facility. |
