dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá asertivními dovednostmi pedagogů ve vyučovacím procesu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na komunikaci, její druhy, funkce, zlozvyky a také na pedagogickou komunikaci. Další kapitola pojednává všeobecně o asertivitě a také o asertivitě učitele. Třetí kapitola popisuje osobnost učitele a vyučovací proces. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu asertivity pedagogů ve vyučovacím procesu, která se zjišťovala kvalitativním výzkumem, doplněným kvantitativní analýzou dotazníků.	cs
