dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychické náročnosti profese všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se soustředí na profesi všeobecné sestry, na pracovní a psychickou zátěž sester. Dále definuje stres a zabývá se problematikou umírání. Práce rozebírá také roli pracovního kolektivu, část je věnována problematice syndromu vyhoření a jeho prevenci a poukazuje na důležitost duševní hygieny sestry. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou dat, zjištěných ve výzkumném šetření. Výzkum je zaměřen na psychickou náročnost profese všeobecné sestry, zjišťuje zátěže související s výkonem tohoto povolání. Výsledky šetření slouží k informování zdravotnického managementu zařízení, kde byl výzkum realizován.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with mental demands of the profession as a nurse. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the profession as alicensed practical nurse, their working and physical load. Furthermore, it defines stress and deals with dying. The thesis also analyses role of working group, one part is dedicated to burnout and its prevention and points out to importance of nurse?s mental hygiene. The applied part of thesis deals with data analysis. The data were obtained from my investigation. The research is focused on mental demands of the profession as a nurse, finds out loads connected with this profession. Results of this investigation serve to inform medical management of the organization where the research was obtained.	en
