dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce v teoretické části je seznámit s organizací studia bakalářského oboru Všeobecná sestra, a to především odborné praxe. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení pojmů z oblasti zvoleného tématu. Popisuje rovněž faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat průběh odborné praxe z hlediska působení studentem, mentorem a učením v pracovním prostředí. Kvalitativní průzkum praktické části formou dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty druhého a třetího ročníku prezenční formy bakalářského studijního programu oboru Všeobecná sestra zjišťuje názory respondentů na odbornou praxi, vliv vybraných faktorů na průběh odborné praxe, vliv zúčastněných osob na studenta a sebehodnocení studenta ve vztahu k odborné praxi. Výsledky průzkumu poukazují na protektivní faktory a nedostatky při průběhu praxe, které mohou ovlivňovat výslednou kvalitu učení v klinickém prostředí. Součástí práce je doporučení na zlepšení průběhu odborné praxe, určené sestrám, studentům a pacientům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The objective of the bachelor's degree thesis in its theoretical part is to get acquainted with the organization of the bachelor's study program of General Nurse, above all practical training. The theoretical part involves definition of terms in the field of the selected subject. It also describes factors which can influence the course of the practical training from the point of view of a student, lecturer and studying in working environment. The qualitative research in the practical part, which was carried out through a questionnaire among the first-year and second-year students of the full-time bachelor's study program of General Nurse, finds out the respondents' view of the practical training, the impact of selected factors on the course of the practical training, the impact of involved people on a student and a student's self-evaluation in respect of the practical training. The research results advert to protective factors and shortcomings during the practical training which can affect the final quality of study in clinical environment. A recommendation focused on nurses, students and patients how to improve the practical training is a part of the work.	en
