dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje pojmy geriatrie a gerontologie, definuje geriatrického pacienta, charakterizuje jeho potřeby a specifika ošetřovatelské péče, popisuje změny, ke kterým dochází ve stáří. Závěr teoretické části tvoří kapitola o právech pacientů. V praktické části byla pomocí rozhovorů a pozorování zjišťována informovanost geriatrických pacientů o jejich právech. Šetření vedlo ke zjištění stavu respektování práv pacientů všeobecnými sestrami a hodnotilo, která práva jsou u této skupiny pacientů nejčastěji porušována. Byla navržena praxeologická opatření.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the terms of geriatrics and gerontology, defines the geriatric patient, his needs and specifics of nursing care, and describes the changes that come with old age. Conclusion of theoretical part is formed by chapter about the rights of patients. Based on interviews and observations in the practical part awareness of geriatric patients about their rights was collected. The investigation led to the conclusion about current status of respect to the rights of geriatric patients by nurses and rate which rights are most often violated in this group. Remedies in the practice have been proposed.	en
