dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života u pacientů s chronickým onemocněním střev. Teoretická část je soustředěna na anatomii, fyziologii a patofyziologii střev, jež přímo navazuje na samotnou tematiku práce. Dále se rovněž zabývá kvalitou života, spokojeností a potřebami člověka, které se vlivem onemocnění diferencují. Praktická část je vedena formou výzkumného šetření usměrněného vytyčením jednotlivých cílů práce, následuje vlastní šetření a obeznámení s výsledky. Bakalářskou práci uzavírá diskuze a zhodnocení výsledků výzkumu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of quality of life in patients with chronic bowel disease. The theoretical part is focused on anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of intestines which directly follows to the theme of work itself. Furthermore it is also concerned with the quality of life, satisfaction and human needs, which are due to disease, differenciated. The practical part is guided by the form of research which is streamlined by setting individual goals, followed own research and familiar with the results. Bachelor the-sis concludes discussion and evaluation of research results.	en
