Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pozicí kurátora - sociálního pedagoga v systému postpenitenciární péce. Teoretická cást diplomové práce podrobne popisuje systém postipenitenciární péce v Ceské republice, se zamerením se na cíle a duvody vzniku této péce, realizované projekty predevším ?Projekt Rásnovka? a Stredisko postpenitenciární péce v Ostrave v roce 1974. V další cásti práce je podrobne zmapovaný institut sociálního kurátora, nápln a metody jeho pracovní cinnosti, výkon státní správy v prenesené pusobnosti, vymezení legislativního rámce pro výkon funkce sociálního kurátora. Podkapitola ?Právní základ? je doplnena o zmeny v právní oblasti, které nastaly dnem 1. ledna 2012, tj. úcinností zákona c. 366 ze dne 6. listopadu 2011. Práce dále podrobne popisuje trest jako prostredek k dosažení úcelu zákona, historii trestu a trestání, a to obecne i konkretizovane na území spadající v dnešní dobe pod pojem státní území Ceské republiky. Kapitola Trest se venuje pojmu peneologie a disciplínám psychologie, jejichž poznatky je možné využívat pro úspešnou reintegraci propuštených osob, osobnosti pachatele jako psychologickému tématu pro práci kurátora s klientem a kriminální recidive ? zpetnosti páchání trestné cinnosti a prehledu hlavních úkolu Vezenské služby Ceské republiky a typu veznic. Tretí kapitola diplomové práce pojednává o vlastním procesu resocializace, objasnuje výchovnou funkci trestu a definuje realizacní komponenty výchovné funkce trestu. V této kapitole jsou definice pojmu sociální oblasti, zejména sociální péce a její subjekty. Dále je zde podrobne pojednáno o tzv. kontinuální sociální péci, je popsán prínos sociální péce pro spolecnost, sociální prevence a poradenství. Kapitolu uzavírá pojednání o terénní práci kurátoru tzv. streetwork. Na teoretickou cást navazuje sociologický výzkum, provedený metodou dotazníkového šetrení mezi klienty sociálních kurátoru a strukturovaného rozhovoru mezi sociálními kurátory. Tento výzkum se zabýval tremi výzkumnými otázkami zamerenými na rozsah znalostí a využívání systému postpenitenciární péce ze strany klientu, využívání poznatku sociální pedagogiky v práci kurátora a pomoc kurátora klientum ve vlastním procesu resocializace a reintegrace do spolecnosti. Bylo zjišteno, že sociální kurátor je sociálním pedagogem, pri výkonu své práce aplikuje poznatky z oboru sociální pedagogika. Jeho práce je pro klienty prínosná, zejména v oblasti hmotného zajištení, obnovení kontaktu s rodinou nebo pomoc pri hledání zamestnání. Všem dotázaným klientum byla známa možnost obrátit se s žádostí o pomoc na sociálního kurátora, kterou využívali dle svého uvážení. Kurátori i klienti považují soucasné podmínky za relativne dostacující. |

This thesis deals with the position of curator - social educator in the system of the the system of Post-Penitentiary Care. The theoretical part of this thesis describes in detail the system of Post-Penitentiary Care in the Czech Republic, focusing on the objectives and rationale of this care, especially projects implemented "Project Rásnovka" and Post-Penitentiary Care Centre in Ostrava in 1974. The next part of this work is a detailed mapping of a Probation Officer Institute, activities and methods of its work, the performance of state administration in delegated powers, defining the legislative framework governing the performance of a probation officer. The ?Legal basis" part is accompanied by changes in the legal field, which occurred on January 2012. The work also describes the punishment as a means to achieve the purpose of the Act, the history of punishment and punishment in general, and concretized by the falling today the concept of state in the Czech Republic. Chapter is devoted to the concept of punishment and penology disciplines of psychology, whose knowledge can be used for the successful reintegration of released persons, for a working with the client and curator of criminal recidivism. The third chapter deals with the thesis of their own rehabilitation process, explains the educational function of punishment and implementation defines components of the educational function of punishment. In this chapter, there are the definitions of social matters, including social care and its entities. There is also a detailed discussion of the continuous social care, the benefits described for the welfare society, social prevention and counseling. Chapter concludes with discussion of the field work of curators street. The theoretical part is followed by sociological research carried out by a questionnaire survey among the clients of the curators and structured social dialogue between social curators. There are three research topics-questions focusing on the range of knowledge and using Post- Penitentiary Care of the clients, use of knowledge in social work education curator and curator assistance to clients in its own process of rehabilitation and reintegration into society. It was found that probation is a social pedagogue, in the course of their work is applied research in social pedagogy. His work is beneficial for clients, especially in physical security, restore contact with family or job search assistance. Curators and clients consider the current conditions as relatively satisfactory. |
