Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es herauszufinden, ob Controlling für das Unternehmen Vorteile bringt und auf welcher Art und Weise man fortschreiten muss, um die Prosperität zu sichern. In folgender Arbeit wird eingeführtes Unternehmen Autopal, s r. o. analysiert. Dieses Unternehmen scheint als ein von geeigneten Kandidaten mit positiven Ergebnissen zu sein. Und weil es sich in diesem Falle um einen Produktionsbetrieb handelt, wird auch etwas über Controlling im Bereich der Produktion, der Qualität und der Prüfungen ?für eine richtige Funktion des Unternehmens unentbehrlich berichtet. |
