dc.description.abstract	Moje bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření u sestry na onkologii. V teoretické části popisuji definici syndromu vyhoření, jeho příznaky, příčiny, léčbu a pre-venci. V praktické části provádím dotazníkové šetření. Respondenti jsou zdravotní sestry na on-kologických a chirurgických oddělení. Cílem je zjistit pravděpodobnost výskytu syndromu vyhoření na onkologických a chirurgických oddělení a zjistit informovanost sester.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis deals with the problems of burnout syndrome in oncology nurses. The definition of burnout syndrome, its symptoms, and causes, as well as its treatment and pre-vention are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part focuses on a survey that I accomplished with the help of questionnaires. The respondents are nurses at oncology and surgical wards. The aim of my thesis was to find out the probability of occurrence of the burnout syndrome at oncology and surgical wards and to find out the foreknowledge of nurses. In total I distributed 80 questionnaires out of which 78 returned back completed.	en
