dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se snažím analyzovat problematiku šikany dětí na základních školách. V teoretické části práce se pokouším ukázat podmínky vhodné pro vznik šikany a její vývoj na základě skupinové dynamiky. Dále pak popisuji specifika šikanování ve školním prostředí, složitost odhalování a léčení následků šikany. V další části se zmiňuji o vzniku a významu školního metodika prevence, o důležitosti jeho práce. Rovněž se snažím naznačit a ukázat možnou prevenci, jako základního prostředku pro boj se šikanou. V praktické části se snažím ukázat důležitost dotazníkového šetření a o nutnosti vlastního sebehodnocení	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	I want to analyze the issues of children bullying at elementary schools in this bachelor thesis. In the theoretical part I concentrate on the conditions which are convenient for the bullying formation and its development based on the group dynamics. Furthermore, I describe the characteristics of bullying in the school environment, the difficulties to reveal it and the treatment of the bullying consequences. I mention the formation and the development of the prevention school methodologist and the importance of his work. Besides I want to suggest and show the possible prevention as the means of the fight against the bullying. I deal with the importance of the questionnaire research and the need of self evaluation.	en
