Bakalářská práce se zabývá stravováním geriatrických pacientů v nemocnici. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část definuje pojmy geriatrie, geriatrický pacient, stáří, změny ve stáří, výživu a dietní systém geriatrických pacientů, nejčastější problémy ve výživě u geriatrického pacienta (obezita, podvýživa) a specifikovat stravovaní potřeby geriatrického pacienta. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem formou dotazníku, který zjišťuje názor geriatrických pacientů na nemocniční stravování. |

My bachelor thesis topic deals with food provision for geriatric patients in hospital. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the terms of Geriatrics, geriatric patients, age, changes in old age, nutrition and diet system of geriatric patients, the most common problems in nutrition for the geriatric patients (obesity, malnutrition) and specifics of food provision for geriatric patients. The practical part deals with quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire surway that identifies opinions of geriatric patients's in the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlin. |
