Cílem diplomové práce s názvem Syndrom vyhoření je přiblížit problematiku tohoto stále diskutovaného jevu, a to zejména u policistů České republiky a strážníků Městské policie. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny výchozí pojmy a jsou popsány stresové situace v policejní profesi. V praktické části diplomové práce je cílem zmapovat míru syndromu vyhoření u policistů České republiky a strážníků Městské policie Ostrava prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl v míře popsaného syndromu u uvedených skupin policistů. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda existují souvislosti mezi mírou syndromu vyhoření a délkou vykonané praxe u obou skupin respondentů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a popsána doporučení pro praxi. |

The aim of the thesis called Burnout syndrome is to show the problem of this frequently discussed phenomenon, especially among policemen of the Czech Republic Police and constables of Metropolitan Police. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic terms are explained and the stress situations in police professions are described. In the practical part of the thesis, the aim is to map the rate of burnout syndrome among policemen of the Czech Police and constables of Metropolitan Police of Ostrava through questionnaire review and to find whether there is a difference in this rate of described syndrome among chosen groups of policemen. Another aim is to find, whether there exist consequences between the rate of burnout syndrome and the length of practice within both groups of respondents. At the end the results of research are gathered together and recommendations for practice are described. |
