dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komplikace chirurgických výkonů v axile u karcinomu prsu. Práce je strukturována do dvou celků. Teoretická část se zabývá epidemiologií karcinomu prsu, anatomií prsu, zobrazovacími metodami v mammární diagnostice, klinickou diagnostikou karcinomu prsu, léčebnou strategií a závažnými komplikacemi v mammární chirurgii s důrazem na sekundární lymfedém, který výrazně snižuje kvalitu života operovaných žen. V praktické části jsou sledovány pooperační komplikace po chirurgickém výkonu v axile u karcinomu prsu. Pacientky jsou rozděleny do dvou skupin dle rozsahu výkonu v axile. První skupina zahrnuje ženy s biopsií sentinelové uzliny, druhá skupina ženy po disekci axilárních uzlin I. a II. etáže. U obou skupin byly sledovány a srovnávány pooperační komplikace vyplývající z rozsahu výkonu v axile se zvláštním zaměřením na výskyt lymfedému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is concentrated on complications of surgery, concerning the operations in axilla of breast cancer. It is structured in two parts. The theoretical part deals with the epidemiology of breast cancer, the breast anatomy the picturing methods in mammary diagnostics of the breast cancer, the therapeutically strategy and major complications in mammary surgery emphasizing the secondary lymph edema which significantly decreases the life quality of women operated upon. In the practical part the author follows postsurgical complications after the surgical performances in axilla. The first group involves the women with the biopsy sentinel node, the second group involves women after an axilla complications following the extend of the performance in axilla with a special view of the occurrence of lymph edema.	en
