dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje teorii deficitu sebepéče u pacientů s onemocněním fibrilace síní. V teoretické části je popsáno onemocnění fibrilace síní, ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta a práce všeobecné sestry na JIP, ošetřovatelský model sebepéče dle V. Hendersonové a teorie deficitu sebepéče dle D. E. Oremové, která sloužila jako podklad pro praktickou část. Praktická část je zaměřena na sestavení situačních potřeb sebepéče u pacientů s fibrilací síní. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byly zjišťovány kompetence sebepéče u těchto pacientů.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is devoted to the theory of Atrial Fibrillation's Patients Self-Care. In the theoretical part it is described the desease of atrial fibrillation, nursing care for patients and nurses work in the Intensive Care Unit, nursing model of self-care by V. Henderson and self-care deficit theory by D. E. Orem, which is instrumental as a basis for practical part. The practical part is aimed to the establishment of self-care needs for patients with atrial fibrillation. According to questionairy the facts of slef-care were polled by theses patients.	en
