dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukačním procesem v předoperačním a pooperačním období u pacientů, kteří se podrobují náhradě kyčelního a kolenního kloubu. Vhodná edukace pacientů, členů rodiny a dalších potenciálních osob poskytujících neformální péči je důležitou a zcela nezbytnou součástí ošetřovatelského procesu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část je zpracována tak, aby mohla být využita i jako teoretická příručka pro sestry edukátory, proto je zde více rozebírána i vlastní operace. Praktická část je zaměřena na edukaci v prostředí domácí zdravotní péče u pacientů po náhradě kyčelního kloubu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with education process in preoperative and postoperative period of patients undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery. Proper education of patients, family members and other potential informal caregivers is an important and absolutely necessary part of the nursing process. The thesis is divided in two parts. The theoretical part is intended to serve also as a theoretical handbook for nurses as educators therefore operation itself is described also in more details. The practical part is focused on the education of patients in home care settings before and after hip and knee replacement surgery.	en
