dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci dárců spermatu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části (a to teoretickou a praktickou). Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem motivace, neplodnostu mužů, techniky umělého oplodnění. Praktická část popisuje metodiku výzkumu, analýzu a interpretaci výsledků, které byly získány technikou sběru dat v podobě dotazníku. K získání relevantních dat byl užit dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 42 respondentů. Cíle této bakalářské práce jsou: Zjistit, jaká je aktuální vědomostní úroveň dárců spermatu o kritériích kladených na dárce spermatu. Zjistit, z jakého informačního zdroje se dárci spermatu dozvěděli o možnosti darovat sperma. Zjistit, jaká je hlavní motivace dárců k darování spermatu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on motivation of sperm donors. The thesis is divided into two parts (the theoretical and the practical). The theoretical part explains the general idea of motivation, infertility in men, techniques of artificial fertilization. The practical part describes the methodology of research and the analysis of results obtained by the questionnaire. A questionnaire made by myself, containing questions to the sperm donors, was used to get relevant data. The survey was a total of 42 respondents. The aims of this thesis are: To find out what is the current knowledge level of sperm donors on the criteria asked for a sperm donor. To get to know where the sperm donors learnt about the opportunity to donate sperm. To find out what is the main motivation for the donors.	en
