dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací dárců krve a rozdílem mezi placeným a neplaceným dárcovstvím. Teoretická část se zabývá procesem dárcovství krve, podmínkami dárcovství, výhodami pro dárce, odměňováním dárců, zpracováním a vyšetřením krve a definicí pojmů ? transfúzní stanice, organizace Červeného kříže. V praktické části využíváme dotazníkovou metodu výzkumu pro zjištění postojů dárců krve v Krajské nemocnici T. Bati a v soukromé biofarmaceutické společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, co je motivací dárců. Pro získání nových a stálých dárců, je potřeba propagace dárcovství krve.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor?s thesis deals with the motivations of donors and the difference between paid and unpaid donation. The theoretical part is concerned with the process of donating blood, donation conditions, benefits for the donors, remuneration of donors, processing and testing blood and definitions of terms ? transfuzion station, Red Cross organizations. In the practical part I apply a questionnaire researching the attitudes of blood donors in the Regional Hospital of T. Bata and attitudes of donors in the private biopharmaceutical company. The main purpose of the thesis is find out what is the motivation of donors. There is a need of promotion of blood donation in order to acquire new and permanent blood donors.	en
