dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je Kvalita života u pacientů s gastroduodenální vředovou chorobou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii žaludku a dvanáctníku. Dále se zabývá definicí gastroduodenální vředové choroby, její etiologií, klasifikací, klinickým obrazem, diagnostikou a léčbou. Následně jsou popsány možné komplikace a prognóza onemocnění, další část je věnována ošetřovatelské péči. Poslední úsek teoretické části podává komplexní informace o kvalitě života u pacientů s vředovou chorobou gastroduodena. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření kvalitu života u pacientů s gastroduodenální vředovou chorobou. Součástí je zpracování a vyhodnocení zjištěných dat pomocí tabulek a grafů s uvedenými slovními komentáři.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the Bachelor thesis is Quality of Life in Patients with Peptic Ulcers. The work comprises of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of stomach and duodenum. It also deals with the definition of peptic ulcer disease, its etiology, classification, clinical picture, diagnostics and treatment. Further, it mentions possible complications and disease prognosis as well as nursing care. The last section of the theoretical part gives complex information about the quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer disease. The practical part uses a survey to find out the quality of life in patients with peptic ulcers. It also contains processing and evaluation of the established data through charts and graphs with commentaries.	en
