Předmětem zájmu této bakalářské práce jsou pacienti s chronickým srdečním selháním, kteří podstoupili resynchronizační terapii neboli implantaci biventrikulárního kardiostimulátoru. V teoretické části se zabývám chronickým srdečním selháním, jeho příčinami, příznaky, diagnostikou a léčbou. Dále pojednávám o srdeční resynchronizační léčbě, její historii a indikacích ke kardiostimulaci. Na závěr popisuji strukturu a funkci biventrikulárního kardiostimulátoru. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči. Praktickou část tvoří analýza kvalitativního výzkumu, která byla realizována pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly uskutečněny se čtyřmi pacienty v Ambulanci pro trvalou kardiostimulaci a implantabilní defibrilátory ve Fakultní nemocnici Olomouc. |

The subject of my bachelor thesis is concentrated on patients with chronic heart failure who had undergone cardiac resynchronization therapy, or implantation of biventricular pacemaker. In the theoretical part I deal with chronic heart failure, its causes, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Then I discuss cardiac resynchronization therapy, its history and indications for pacing. Finally, I describe the structure and function of biventricular pace-maker. The last chapter is focused on nursing care. The practical part consists of an analysis of qualitative research, which was realized by a semistructured interview. Interviews were conducted with four patients in an Outpatient clinic for permanent pacemaker and implantable defibrillators of University Hospital Olomouc. |
