Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku umělé plicní ventilace u pacientů v domácím prostředí. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie plic a fyziologie dýchání. Hlavní náplní teoretické části je umělá plicní ventilaci (UPV), historie, cíle, dělení, indikace, komplikace UPV, ventilační režimy, závislost na ventilátoru, odvykání od ventilátoru, nejčastěji používané pojmy při UPV, kterých pacientů se UPV týká, přístroje UPV, inhalační terapie, způsoby zajištění dýchacích cest. V poslední části teoretické části jsou popsány potřeby nemocných, domácí péče a agentury domácí péče. V praktické části jsou podrobně rozebrány kazuistiky vybraných pacientů, kteří jsou na UPV v domácím prostředí. S každou kazuistikou je spojený jeden rozhovor. Na základě všech získaných informací je vypracovaná edukační příručka ošetřovatelské péče, která je určena hlavně pro rodinné příslušníky, kteří se starají o ventilovaného pacienta v domácím prostředí, a pomůže jim v péči o tohoto pacienta. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems of mechanical ventilation for patients in their home. In the theoretical part is describes the anatomy lungs and physiology of the breathing. The main focus of the theory is mechanical ventilation (MV), history, targets, division, indication, complication MV, ventilation modes, dependence on ventilator and weaning from the ventilator, most commonly used terms from the MV, which concerns patients MV, devices MV, inhalation therapy, methods of ensure airway. In the last part of the theoretical part is describes the patient's needs, home care and home care agencies. In the practical part are discussed in detail case studies selected patients who are on mechanical ventilation in the home. With each case study represents one interview. On the basis of information gained is developed educational guide nursing care, which is mainly intended for family members who care for the ventilated patient in the home environment, and help them in the care of the patient. |
