dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovými situacemi v povolání všeobecné sestry. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teorii stresu, historii pojmu stresu, jeho druhy a příčiny. V práci je dále definován termín stresor a stresová situace. Další kapitola se zabývá profesí všeobecné sestry, a stresory v jejím povolání. V praktické části jsou zpracována a vyhodnocena data získaná z dotazníkového šetření. Cílem mého výzkumu v praktické části je zjistit nejčastěji se vyskytující stresové situace a stupeň stresové zátěže u všeobecných sester ve zdravotnických zařízeních.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's work is concerned with stressful situations in general nurse's job. Theo-retical part focuses on the Tudory od stress, history od therm stress, its kinds and its cause. At work is next defined the term stressor and stressful situation. Next capture is concerned with profession of general nurse and stressors in her job. In practical part there are worked out and evaluated data which are gauner from questionnaire survey. The aim of my survey in practical part is to find out the most common occured stressful situations and a level of stressfull load at general nurses at medical facilies.	en
