dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá etickou problematikou nejenom obecně, ale hlavně v souvislosti s aktivitami v bankovním sektoru. Zabývá se etickými kodexy finančních institucí a etickými kodexy zaměstnanců těchto institucí. Zkoumá vliv délky praxe zaměstnance ČSOB na jeho vztah k etickému vzdělávání a etické propedeutice a na jeho hodnocení významu etického kodexu.	cs
