dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou změn v řízení při použití Business Process Managementu ve firmě TOKOZ a.s. Hlavním cílem je vytvořit přehledný procesní model ekonomiky firmy, který bude splňovat požadavky managementu při implementaci proces-ního řízení. První část práce se zaměřuje na shromáždění teoretických poznatků o rozdílech tradičního funkčního a procesního řízení, hlavní pilíře procesního řízení a implementaci Business Proces Managementu. Poznatky jsou využity v analýze ekonomických procesů a jejich modelování ve firmě TOKOZ. Závěr je věnován doporučeným opatřením na imple-mentaci modelu a další využití pilířů Business Process Managementu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the topic of management changes with the application of Business Process Management in TOKOZ a.s. The main goal is to create transparent process model of company's economy which will meet management's requirements within process management implementation. First part of thesis concentrates on assembling of theoretical knowledge about differences between traditional functional management and process management, main pillars of process management and implementation of Business Process Management. Knowledge is used for analysis of economic processes and its modelling. In the end it deals with recommended precautions for model implementation and next use of Business Process Management pillars.	en
