dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá rekognoskací společenského postavení manažerů ve společnosti, a to jak z pohledu laického, tak i z pohledu odborné veřejnosti. Následně se zabývá možnostmi řešení vedoucí k zefektivnění jejich činností a zvýšení jejich profesního úspěchu. Cílem práce je - ve vztahu k analýze výsledků zkoumání osobnosti manažera a dotazníkového šetření navrhnout určitý koncept, který by byl přínosem pro manažery, rozvíjel jejich osobnost, a zefektivnil by jejich práci takovým způsobem, aby i ve velice složitém, konkurenčně náročném podnikatelském prostředí dosahovali těch nejlepších možných výsledků.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the survey of the social position of managers in the society in terms of nonprofessional and professional perspective. Subsequently, it deals with possible solutions leading to the increase in the efficiency of their activities and their professional achievement. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation of manager's personality and questionnaire survey, the aim of the thesis is to suggest a concept which would be beneficial for managers would develop their personality and make their work more efficient so that to allow them to achieve the best results possible in the recent, higly competitive envionment.	en
