Cílem této bakalářské práce je monitoring vývoje výchovných koncertů pro děti a mládež a koncertů pro rodiče s dětmi na přelomu dvou tisíciletí, a to ve městech a orchestrech, které mají v České republice nejen bohatou tradici, ale i skvělé výsledky a zkušenosti v tomto oboru (Filharmonie Bohuslava Martinů Zlín, Filharmonie Brno, Janáčkova filharmonie Ostrava, Filharmonie Hradec Králové a Severočeská filharmonie Teplice). V případě dirigenta Miloše Machka jako nositele nové koncepce výchovných koncertů pak charakteristika jeho umělecké a pedagogické tvorby na základě nejen jeho zkušeností, ale i vzájemného působení a reakcí ze strany posluchačů (žáků, pedagogů i rodičů), dále i v interakci daného uměleckého prostředí filharmonických orchestrů. Součástí této práce je kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru za účelem zjištění "status quo" socializace dětí a mládeže v procesu výchovných koncertů za současných změn, které probíhají nejen v naší společnosti, ale adekvátně i v procesu školství a v samotné rodině. |

The aim of this thesis is to monitor the development of educational concerts for children and young people and family concerts at the turn of the 21st Century, in cities and orchestras where they have rich traditions and excellent results (The Bohuslav Martinů Philharmonic Orchestra, Zlín, The Brno Philharmonic Orchestra, The Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra, Ostrava, The Hradec Králové Philharmonic Orchestra and The North Bohemia Philharmonic Orchestra, Teplice). The conductor Miloš Machek is the bearer of a new concept in educational concerts characteristic of his artistic and educational work. This concept is based not only on his experience, but also on interactions with and reactions from pupils, teachers and parents. As well as this is his experience in the environment of the philharmonic orchestra. Part of this work involves quality research in the form of a semi-structured interview to determine the "status quo" regarding the socialisation of children and youth through the process of educational concerts, in-keeping with current changes not only in our society but also in the education system and within individual families. |
