Tématem práce je šikana v dospělosti - mobbing a bossing. Tyto patologické projevy chování mají v České republice řadu forem, které jsou většinou skryté, těžko právně postižitelné, takže pomoc zaměstnancům, kteří jsou šikaně vystaveni, je ztížená. Současná situace v této oblasti je taková, že zaměstnanci raději snáší ponižování a psychické týrání, než by se nějak aktivně bránili, neboť nezaměstnanost je vysoká a nové pracovní uplatnění se těžko shání. Většina lidí tento problém nechce řešit veřejně v domnění, že se to srovná. Tímto svým chováním ovšem mobbing příp. bossing nijak neotupí, ale spíše vytvoří živnou půdu pro další násilí a útoky. Proto je třeba o mobbingu mluvit, pořádat školení pro zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele s cílem zajištění větší informovanosti, prevence a řešení vzniklých konfliktů. Široká medializace daného problému by se v budoucnu dle mého názoru měla stát jednou z cest vedoucích k potlačení těchto nežádoucích jevů, což bylo cílem i mé bakalářské práce. |

Theme of my seminar work is chicane in adult age - mobbing and bossing. These patological symptoms of human behaviour have many forms in Czech republic, which are mostly hidden, hardly legally punishable, so it is difficult to help employees, who are chicane. Current situation in this area is such that employees rather undergo humilation and psychic torture, than they would be defended themselves, because unemployment is high and new engagement is hard to find. Most of people don't want to solve this problem in public in expectation, that it will be better sometimes. They don't edge off mobbing resp. bossing by this kind of behavior, but more likely will make a new room for another violence and attacks. This is the reason, why we have to talk about mobbing, set up courses for employees and employers, which are aimed to increasing of awarness, prevention and solving of conflicts. In my opinion, more publicity in the media could be a one of ways leading to rejection of these unwanted effects in the future, which was also purpose of my seminar work. |
