Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku firemní kultury v konkrétní organizaci. Tou je Magistrát města Brna. Práce je členěna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na popis firemní kultury se vším, co ji tvoří a co k ní náleží, jako například, prvky firemní kultury, obsah a vývoj, také její vznik a vztah k organizaci. Jedna kapitola se též věnuje typologii firemní kultury. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována existující firemní kultuře na Magistrátu města Brna, konkrétně na Odboru správních činností. Poté následuje popis stávající organizační struktury Magistrátu města Brna, cíle a strategii organizace. Praktická část se zaměřuje na souvislosti spojené s firemní kulturu na Magistrátu města Brna, Odboru správních činností, kde jsem zaměstnaná. Právě na tomto odboru jsem prováděla dotazníkové šetření. Zvolila jsem kvantitativní výzkum, konkrétně dotazníkovou metodu, pomocí které budou mnou stanovené hypotézy verifikovány či falzifikovány. |

This thesis is focused on the corporate culture of a specific organization. That is the Brno City Hall. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I focused on the description of the corporate culture with all that it consists of and what it includes, for example, elements of corporate culture, content and development, including its origin and relationship to the organization. One chapter is also devoted to the typology of corporate culture. The last chapter is devoted to the existing corporate culture to the Magistrate, namely the Administration Department. This is followed by a description of the existing organisational structure of the Magistrate, objectives and strategy of the organization. The practical part focuses on the connection associated with the corporate culture of the Magistrate, Administration Department, where I was employed. It was in this department I conducted a questionnaire survey. I chose quantitative research, namely the questionnaire method by which to set my hypothesis confirmed or not. |
