Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality, a to konkrétně primární prevencí prováděnou v rámci Probační a mediační služby České republiky ve Zlíně. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na seznámení s Probační a mediační službou, konkretizuje mediační a probační činnosti, dále specifikuje práci s mladistvými a dětmi do 15 let. Rovněž vysvětluje pojem restorativní justice, který je pro koncept Probační a mediační služby zásadní a také přibližuje Probační a mediační službu v evropském kontextu. V neposlední řadě charakterizuje prevenci kriminality a to jak primární, tak i sekundární a terciární. Dále popisuje období adolescence z pohledu vývojové psychologie a taktéž adolescenty jako ohroženou sociální skupinu. V empirické části se práce zaměřuje zejména na zpětnou vazbu studentů, kteří prošli edukační besedou na středisku Probační a mediační služby ČR ve Zlíně. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaká je odezva ze strany studentů na besedy pořádané PMS ČR. Dílčími cíly je prozkoumat, zda se někdy studenti nebo někdo v jejich okolí stal svědkem či obětí trestného činu či přestupku, co si zapamatovali z činností pracovníka Probační a mediační služby a také jaké jsou jejich postoje ke spáchání trestného činu či přestupku. |

This thesis deals with the problems of criminality, specifically primary prevention implemented by the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic in Zlín. The theoretical part introduces the Probation and Mediation Service, specifies mediation and probation activities, further specifies working with adolescents and children up to 15 years of age. It also explains the concept of the restorative justice system, which is a key concept for the Probation and Mediation Service. It also describes the Probation and Mediation Service in the European context and characterizes crime prevention in all levels, i.e. primary and secondary, and tertiary. It focuses on the period of adolescence from the perspective of developmental psychology and sees adolescents as a vulnerable social group. In the empirical part of the thesis, the author focuses on the feedback of those who participated in an educational forum of the Probation and Mediation Service in Zlín. The main objective of this research is to determine the responses on the part of students to the discussions organized by the Probation and Mediation Service. Partial objectives are to explore whether some students or someone in their neighbourhood has ever been a witness to or victim of a crime or offence, what they remember from the activities of Probation and Mediation Service workers, and also what are their attitudes to criminal activities. |
