Cílem bakalářské práce je nahlédnout a přiblížit zařízení školní družiny ve Zlínském kraji. První kapitola teoretické části se zabývá elementárními pojmy, jako je výchova, její cíle a funkce, volný čas a volnočasové organizace. Další kapitola se věnuje terminologickému zakotvení školní družiny, taktéž přibližuje její funkce a cíle, prostředí a materiální vybavení, ale neopomíjí ani vnitřní řád, který ve školní družině funguje. Třetí kapitola se zaobírá akté-ry školní družiny. Charakterizuje roli vychovatele či vychovatelky a přibližuje roli rodičů dětí a v poslední části vymezuje dítě mladšího školního věku, jeho osobnostní vývoj, sociální rozvoj, hru a zájmy. Praktická část se zaobírá pohledem na školní družinu z hlediska rodičů dětí, které toto zařízení navštěvují. Zjišťuje, jaké znalosti mají tito rodiče o školní družině, kam jejich dítě dochází. Zkoumá, jak ovlivňuje pobyt ve školní družině děti v jejich volném čase. Výstupem výzkumu bude míra informovanosti rodičů o školní družině, kterou navštěvuje jejich dítě. |

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to offer an insight into the issue of after-school childcare in the Zlín Region. The first chapter of the theoretical part defines basic terminol-ogy such as education, its targets and functions, leisure time and leisure time organizations. Next chapter anchors the related terminology, i.e. after-school childcare, its function and aims, environment and material equipment, as well as the daily program. The third chapter deals with the participants of after-school childcare. It characterises the role of the after-school child-minder, approximates the role of parents and in the last part pays attention to a preschool-aged child, its personality and social development, play and interests. The practi-cal part offers a general overview of after-school childcare from the perspective of parents of children, who visit the facility. The work aims to find out about the parent's knowledge of the organization their children attend. It explores the effect that the time spent in after-school childcare has on children's free time. The research outcome is a determined level of awareness among parents about the after-school childcare facility their child attends. |
