dc.description.abstract	První část diplomové práce bude věnována zhodnocení teoretických poznatků pro lepší pochopení problematiky nového marketingu, bude popsán elektronický marketing, marketingové nástroje Internetu, internetové obchodování a cestovní ruch. Rovněž uvedu základní charakteristiku a strukturu projektu. V další části diplomové práce bude provedena analýza stávajícího procesu objednávání a rezervací ubytování v cestovní agentuře Ubytovani.cz, s cílem odhalit případné nedostatky a nejvýznamnější problémy v průběhu procesu objednávání a rezervací. Na provedené analýze bude navazovat projekt zavedení on-line objednávání a rezervací ubytování.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In the first part of work engage evaluation of theoretical piece of knowledge, better insight to problems of new marketing, I describe electronic marketing, marketing instrument of Internet, Internet's business and travel movement. I introduce the basic characterization an structure of the project too. In the next part of my diploma work I analyse present process of the ordering and reserving of the accommodate in the travelling agency Ubytováni.cz, with a target to disclose of eventual emperfections and the most meaningful problems of this process of the ordering and reserving.
